From Amazon to Big Island - 5-

It was a circle of local people who were sitting on chairs in circle and enjoying talking and laughing.

Among them was an owner of the cafeteria near the beach, whom I have talked sometime before.

I thought, “Wow, that looks fun. I wish I could join!”

Then, one Asian lady in the circle and I caught our eyes each other.

She smiled at me.

I smiled back to her.

Then, she invited me to join to the circle!

I was happily joining to it.

I sat on a vacant chair. In front of me, there was a big Hawaiian man who had a brown skin had a big smile.

He was wearing a hat with colorful bird feather.

He had such a presence!

Next to me, a woman was sitting. She looked gentle with a warm smile.

Later I came to know that they were Arthur Mahi and Theresa Mahi, who are Hanai parents of my future husband.
