I could jump into the water and had a little swim at the beach!

Wow.

The hard stiffness on my shoulders, which gave me a pain last night, was gone!

I was also filled with good energy.

Ocean is an amazing place.

After that, I drove up to the area where I can see the summit of Mauna Kea.

I prayed to the sacred mountain for the future of Hawaii islands.

Then, I saw beautiful white clouds expanding from the mountain area to all over the directions.

Then, I noticed there was a big halo around the Sun!

It is dangerous to watch the sun directly by my eyes.

I covered the sun by my hands and tried to see the big ring around it.

It is called "white rainbow" or "halo phenomena".

It was big and beautiful.

My mind got calm, gentle, and energized.

Later, I talked with my friend in Oahu.

It has become very deep conversation.

We confirmed again that the motivation of our minds is very critical.

It is essential especially when we want to work something to influence the society.

Even if we think we want to do something good for others and society and want to make the world a better place, our motivation sometimes loses its pureness as time passes.

I was reminded that it is critical to keep checking the motivation deep in my mind every day.

I also noticed that when we get a habit of observing our minds, we become more sensitive to the motivation of people around us too.

Sometimes people say something good to hear to us, even help us, and give something to us. However, they sometimes do so to control and manipulate us for their own sake.

(To be continued)
